JOB SUMMARY
The Pre-Apprenticeship Workforce Analyst provides administrative assistance to the
organization’s president & CEO and director of programs, including planning, researching, and implementing organizational efforts for best practices and outcome measurements for various programs.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Ability to manage large numbers of participants in 2-3 programs at once
-
Ability to perform all actions for recruiting, scheduling, registration, etc. in each program

Ability to work effectively with diverse student/employee groups
-
Ability to communicate and work with different partners in the Midlands
-
Professional relationship management with partners

Ability to manage high volume documentation
-
Creative with resourceful ideas
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field and (2-3) years of experience

Associate’s Degree in Human Services or a related field and (4-5) years of experience as
-
described above; or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
