JOB SUMMARY

The Pre-Apprenticeship Workforce Analyst provides administrative assistance to the

organization’s president & CEO and director of programs, including planning, researching, and implementing organizational efforts for best practices and outcome measurements for various programs.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Ability to manage large numbers of participants in 2-3 programs at once

  • Ability to perform all actions for recruiting, scheduling, registration, etc. in each program

  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student/employee groups

  • Ability to communicate and work with different partners in the Midlands

  • Professional relationship management with partners

  • Ability to manage high volume documentation

  • Creative with resourceful ideas

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field and (2-3) years of experience

  • Associate’s Degree in Human Services or a related field and (4-5) years of experience as

  • described above; or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
